Signing up for Recurring Electronic Check Payments can be completed online, using our quick and easy DocuSign process.
CLICK HERE to access the electronic Authorization Form for Electronic Check Payments. Following the instructions in the form fill in the indicated information on the form, and sign it with your DocuSign electronic signature. Once the form is completed, it will be electronically sent to Customer Service for processing.
Please note that payments due within 4 days of your recurring electronic check payment request will not be processed. Payments that are due within 4 days or less should be mailed to the remittance address specified on the invoice or click here to pay online through our one-time electronic check service.
